Work and rest hours

Check one shift against NHVR standard hours for a solo driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle. Every time window is checked from the start of the shift and from the end of each rest break, as the NHVR counts it. Not for WA or the NT, which have their own fatigue rules, or for BFM, AFM or two-up driving. Your work diary is the record that counts.
